Whatever you're experiencing, you don't have to do it alone...

Offering in-person therapy in Edmonton and virtual therapy for residents of Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia

How it Works

Welcome, the first step is usually the hardest....

Whether it's anxiety from work, pressures from relationships, or hurt from past trauma, we all can feel lost at times. Maybe you know exactly what you want to work on, or you are uncertain and don't know where to start, I'm here to help!  My work is to learn about you, and work alongside you to create a safe place for you to process life events, unlearn unhelpful thoughts or behaviors, build coping skills, find direction, and work towards inner peace. Together we can re-gain a sense of control as no matter what has led you here, I believe in the human capacity to adapt and grow with the right support.

I offer psychotherapy to adults and older teens, and my work is rooted in relational, compassion focused, and trauma informed practices (with a bit of humour as medicine).  My niche is individuals in the 16 - 40+ age range navigating relationship issues, life and career transitions, trauma, self-exploration, self-esteem issues, stress, anxiety, and family/relationship conflict. Even if that doesn't sound exactly like you, feel free to reach out, I'd love to chat!

How does it work?
Initial Consult - $0

The first 15-minute consult is free! I will hear a bit of your story, we will chat about your needs and goals, then together decide if we would be a good fit!

Once we find a time that works, in the first session I take time to learn about you more in depth, what brings you to therapy and together we create a plan you feel good about.

Individual Therapy - $160

This is where the fun (or work depending on how you view it) begins! Sessions will be treatment focused and tailored to your needs.

Because you deserve peace...

"I deserve to have peace. I deserve to be happy and smiling. Why not me? I guess I give so much of myself to others I forgot that I need to show myself some love too."

With great respect, we acknowledge the past, present and future Indigenous peoples as the original inhabitants and traditional guardians of this land that we call Canada and what is now North America. We acknowledge that this territory is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. Today, we honour the more than 630 First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples, and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
